Stephen Wilson, M.D.
Dr. Wilson was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan and graduated from University of Detroit Mercy and Wayne State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital in Chicago. Affiliations include Beaumont Hospital Grosse Pointe, Henry Ford Cottage Hospital, Henry Ford Main, St. John Hospital & Medical Center, and Select Specialty Hospital. Dr. Wilson is Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Management, also known as a Physiatrist. He is also a certified Medical Acupuncturist. Dr. Wilson treats patients with musculoskeletal disorders (i.e. joint problems), neurological disorders (i.e. stroke), industrial injuries (i.e. carpal tunnel syndrome), sports related injuries, and more, but has a special interest in back pain. He offers a broad spectrum of medical services and works hand in hand with doctors, therapists, and social workers in the inpatient and outpatient setting to improve his patients quality of life. A Physiatrist, pronounced fizz ee at' trist, is a physician specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation. The physiatrists goal is to restore and maximize function, mobility, and self-sufficiency of patients who have suffered a temporary or permanent disability. Paige Chapman, PA-C Paige has been with the office since November 2005. She graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor's degree of Science (Biomedical Sciences) in 2003 and a Master's Degree of Science in Medicine (Physician Assistant Program) in 2005. She is credentialed at Beaumont, Grosse Pointe, Henry Ford Cottage, and St. John Hospital & Medical Center, allowing her to treat and care for patients who have been admitted to the hospital. Paige is a true asset to the office, providing quality care in a timely manner. Damon Collier, PT Damon graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Master's degree in Physical Therapy. His specialties include Manual Therapy as well as orthopedic and neurologic deficits. Along with the Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), Damon creates individualized treatment plans to restore function, increase strength, and reduce pain. Maryhelen Kwiatkowski, PTA Maryhelen graduated from Macomb Community College in 2006 with her Associated of Applied Science in Physical Therapy Assistant Program. Her experience includes providing therapy treatment to the inpatient population at Henry Ford Hospital as well as St. John Macomb Hospital. She has worked with orthopedic, neurologic, geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients. Rose Knight
Rose Knight is a Life Coach dedicated to helping individuals achieve and maintain balance, wellness, and positive life change. She can assist you in finding solutions, setting goals to improve your health, and follow through. Rose is also a Reiki Master providing energy sessions to assist with healing and also a Medical Hypnotherapist using hypnotherapy to bring about positive change and improvement in behaviors and physical conditions. She has training in numerous Integrative Care modalities including Meditation, Relaxation techniques, Guided Imagery, Emotional Freedom Technique, Biofeedback, Nutritional Response Testing, and others. Rose specializes in helping people incorporate a healthy lifestyle, decrease stress, and strengthen their resources. She is passionate about helping you succeed. In addition, she holds a Masters Degree in Psychology and is a Certified Addiction Counselor. Susan Najar
Susan Najar enthusiastically joins our office as a skilled massaged therapist, promoting health and wellness. She is also a registered nurse who has worked in the Henry ford, Beaumont, and Bon Secours health networks providing health education, psychosocial support, and positive reinforcement of wellness behavior. Susan provides therapeutic massage with special emphasis on neonatal, infant, pregnancy, relaxation, and stress relief massage. Heather Ferranti, NCTMB Heather graduated from the Lakewood School of Therapeutic Massage in Port Huron in 2002. She has additional experience in Reflexology, Shiatsu, Thai, Myofascial, Sports, Lymphatic, Polarity, Aromatherapy, Chair massage, Hot Stone, Pregnancy, Cranial Sacral, and Deep Tissue Massage. Jeanne Murphy, CMT Jeanne is a certified Massage Therapist who has been working with chronic pain and physical therapy patients for several years now. Jeanne uses an integrative massage style that incorporates Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, and Myofascial Release techniques. Maria Wilson Maria is the Practice Administrator with a Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Health Services Administration. She also has an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences in Physical Therapy and utilizes her knowledge to assist the Physical Therapist and other PTA's as needed. Lisa Johnson Lisa received her diploma in Medical Billing in 1999 and has over 12 years experience in the medical field. She started with the office as the only receptionist and his since went on to play multiple roles within the office, including billing, transcription, credentialing of the providers, and most recently assisting in the physical therapy department. Melissa McDaniel Melissa is a Medical Office Assistant with over 14 years experience in the medical field. She previously worked in an orthopedic office before coming to work with us. With her exceptional attention to detail Melissa is able to help coordinate all office activities to ensure that the office runs smoothly on a daily basis. When not answering phones, she may be in an exam room assisting with patient care. Shannon Ludwig Shannon brings over 15 years of medical billing experience to our office. She and her family are lifetime eastsider's. She is very excited to be expanding her knowledge of alternative therapies, to better the community as well as her personal health and well-being.
